The energy consumption of the system is a very important problem in circulating aquaculture. And the "big user" of energy consumption of the system is mainly pump. Since the circulating aquaculture system works 24 hours without interruption, the energy consumption of the pump is related to the operating cost of the whole system. 1. Change the previous design idea of high loss. The important idea of reducing energy consumption is integrated into the design of the circulating aquaculture system. For example, we can increase the diameter of the pipe and reduce the use of elbow as much as possible. The head pressure loss is compressed as much as possible.

2. Use axial pump with high flow and low head. Axial pump design idea is to head for flow. Use a submersible pump at the same time. Except the problem of heat dissipation can be perfectly solved, the cost of power consumption is more than half of the same flow rate of centrifugal pumps. After long-term operation, the operation cost can be significantly reduced.
